TRYING TO FIND A WAY

Hello Everyone ,

good evening with big smile 

Today has been good.....  

The reason is all this month i was working to open NGO 

 to open  this  cafe dream in Bombay  in real as many people i have talk and explain , i am not getting much response from people here.

who ever i explain were also not interested but yes some angels  who really care,

 now angels means is not someone come from sky or haven 

 here only on this earth who is like YOU and ME !!!!! 

who believe in this dream cafe and in me 

 To help me in a way to make this dream cafe  in real 

Noel Duarte who is my friend since long time he has always been my advisor for many things .

today he took off from his office to go with me to the lawyer 

and i said  to my self "well again one more lawyer let see what happens" 

and as all this passed months i have been meeting different lawyers in Bombay 

as i use to introduce  myself by saying" hello sir i am amin i want to open NGO and under this ngo i want to run a cafe ".

and every time the lawyer say" oh!!! is good is great project  bring the paper i will do all your paper work and  first give the money  in advance to start the paper work ".

some time i gave some money to people but after that no answer 

 today, tomorrow or never heard again from them.

any way i got tired of this kind of people who call them self lawyer but they have no idea what is the law but today it was not like this the man whom i met this afternoon was very straight forward  his name is NOSHIR H. DADRAWALA   i explain my project to him with Noel Durate 

NOSHIR SIR was not like others lawyers 

he listened very carefully and he knew all the law and he was calm and explained  about the law and told me, "what you are doing is good so do good,  open your cafe dream in real but you can't have NGO under the cafe". 

he was so honest and clean with his work and he didn't charge me any money 

he told me they are  many who are doing good and  you are one of them so you do good but  don't go for this ngo things , where you don't know how to do things and how to run NGO and you need many more things to do in this so go ahead with the idea of opening this  dream cafe it is great idea and you will run with the street children your self so you don't need ngo . 

just get all the license you need for your cafe from BMC and food people and start your cafe 

what i really like about  NOSHIR SIR is he is  really calm and easy to help and explains what is     important to do

he say just do it this way , if people trust you they will help you and send you money 

i told him how i can get this  money all i have in spain and france from books

he said  just pay the tax and get the money in your account and also people can  give you money all they need have to do is pay a little tax , if they want to help you. 

so people i don't know much about law but the truth,  if you trust me and want to stand by all that amin who cant be me, please help me to make BOMBAY to BARCELONA LIBRARY CAFE in real. 

if not no worry i will keep going as i am going until the end because this is not the end. 

Thanks to NOSHIR AND NOEL AND ALL OTHER ANGELS  who are helping me to make this dream  in real .

  I also want to say thanks to all my ANGELS  in SPAIN who already have Registered  NGO for our  dream cafe but sad to say in india we don't have the law to open cafe shop under the NGO 

in EUROP yes but not here as NOSHIR SIR said  the laws are different 

 hope is the only way to get IN and any were  and any how 

so i am doing my best are you?????????
