Delphine Mozin shared your contact info with me and talked to me about your story. I think she told you I wanted to help you with your “Bombay to Barcelona” café project.
I love your story and you can be very proud of who you have become growing up as an adult. I find your story very moving and want to help you.
As you might know already, I am the creative director of a fashion brand. I create t-shirts and donate $5 from every sale to a nonprofit organization.
The good news is the design I am doing for you will be printed in the coming weeks and has been already ordered by a local boutique!
Attached is a mockup of the shirt I am doing to support your project. Different styles and colors for women and one style for men. These shirts will be available as a pre-order to customers very soon.
I’d like to send you a shirt when it is ready, what is your size and your mailing address?
I am also working on creating a profile page on my website (http://bydfault.com) to promote the work you are doing and the project. I will share it with you as soon as it is ready.
What I’d like to know:
- What is the status regarding the project (progress)? How much money you need and how much you have collected so far?
- When do you think the café will be built and fully operational?
- If you have any pictures I can share to show progress I will make sure to show them to the people buying the shirt.
- How the café will be used? How it will do good to other children?
- What are the challenges you are facing with this project?
